Choosing a Path Through the Catalog

For example, Tales of the turf — Text and Context (id 302) is a short collection about horse racing, a subject that appears nowhere else in the catalog. A search by subject would surface it immediately, while a general browse might miss it.
Compare Before You Commit
Once you have a few candidates, Compare Books shows word count, estimated reading time, text sections, sentence flow, and chapter rhythm. These are descriptive facts, not quality judgments.
